Personal statement
I am a motivated, conscientious graduate with outstanding initiative and a strong background in charity and public sector work. I have an enthusiastic, sensitive and inclusive approach to teaching which has proven effective in delivering excellent results. I am also passionate about healthcare, young people and care of vulnerable adults, and have experience in helping them, which influences how I communicate and teach students daily. I have previously supported pupils from year 7 to 11, and worked closely with children from EAL backgrounds, SEN and disadvantaged children as well as provided support for autistic pupils.
